  1. In a coffee grinder, powder the cinnamon or use ready powdered cinnamon
  2. Tip the yogurt and the water into a shallow bowl
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the yogurt and whisk so it's evenly distributed
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
