Ingredients

- 500 g thick Greek yogurt (Total is good)
- 5 cm (2") stick of cinnamon or 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a coffee grinder, powder the cinnamon or use ready powdered cinnamon
- Tip the yogurt and the water into a shallow bowl
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the yogurt and whisk so it's evenly distributed
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
Serving suggestions
Serve as a dip for julienned carrots and red bell peppers
