This is an easy-prepare-cheesecake that will take you only 40 minutes to enjoy
Ingredients

- 1 packet of Maria cookies
- 90 g butter
- 4 free range eggs
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 bar Philadelphia cream cheese
Mise en place
- Preheat the oven to 160° C (325° F - gas 3)
Method
- Blend the cookies and mix them with the butter with your hands until getting an even mass for lining a container for pies
- Blend the rest of the ingredients for a minute and pour the mixture into the container
- Put into the oven for 30 minutes
- Enjoy
