- 45g flour
- 50g butter
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pinch cayenne
- 500g milk
Method
- Grate the cheese 5 seconds / Speed 8.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook 7 mins / Temp. 90° / Speed 4.
Serving suggestions
Serve with pasta or vegetables.
Variations
Add other spices as desired.
