I have only tried American mustard once in [[Gazpacho ligero con mostaza]] and found it very sickly.  French's I think it was called but I binned it in the end as it was rotting in the back of a cupboard becuase no-one liked it.  I will and get some German mustard, although that is not so easy to find nowadays.  Re wholegrain mustard, some I like, but again others can be sickly tasting as well.  I like aniseed but loathe caraway, although I do like Kummel, the German liqueur made from caraway seeds!  I shall use celery seeds instead.  Wish I'd spotted this recipe on Friday because I put in an order to Sainsbury's then.  Am using my tagine for the first time today.  Have had it since June.  --[[User:JuliaBalbilla|JuliaBalbilla]] 10:28, 12 December 2010 (GMT)

I love Tivall vegetarian hot dog sausages (hard to get here but most supermarkets do their own version), so would also be a good recipe for veggies, except that you are the only person I know who likes caraway seeds and vile American mustard. Yuk! I would use watercress in stead of spinach.  :-)--JuliaBalbilla 20:35, 11 December 2010 (GMT)

Try it, it's very nice. I think the sqeezy-mustard shot is a little unfair - it's only used in the dressing and I had already added that it was better with wholegrain. The caraway however makes the dressing in my (humble) opinion.

I have only tried American mustard once in Gazpacho ligero con mostaza and found it very sickly. French's I think it was called but I binned it in the end as it was rotting in the back of a cupboard because no-one liked it. --JuliaBalbilla 10:28, 12 December 2010 (GMT)
