Tomme de Rodez is a hard [[Cheese|cheese]] made from [[Pasteurised|pasteurised]] [[Cows' milk|cows' milk]] in the Midi-Pyrénées region of [[France]].  It is pressed, uncooked and has a long maturation period.  It is circular, with a diameter of 18cm, a height of 10cm and a weight of 2.6kg.  It has a washed rind.
