I make something akin to this with my tomato-glut and then bag it up and freeze it in pizza-sized-portions (about 10 of). Dead handy for when you want to make a few pizzas at short notice. It makes them a very good emergency meal as we always have flour, eggs (boiled for calazone pizzas), smoked bacon, cheese and fresh basil (even today!) --Chef 17:48, 6 December 2010 (GMT)
