Making this for 2 people, I have used about 250 g basa fillets, a wonderful firm fish, ideally suited to this recipe, though hailing from Thailand, is probably not very authentic!
I used a 400 g can of peeled plum tomatoes and about 300 g of chopped celery, the remaining ingredients were as the original recipe.
