Pushout flan dish

These are really useful for baking both sweet and savoury dishes. The bottom pushes up so that you can remove the pie or quiche easily without resorting to levering it out and probably damaging its sides and/or base. I have to admit this one in the picture would be better if it were a little deeper. It would mean you could get more filling in!
