Method

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and gently cook the pancetta or bacon.
  2. Add the onion and the garlic and allow turn golden.
  3. Add the tomates, season and cook until the sauce is done.
  4. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water for 10 minutes, or until al dente.
  5. Drain, and place in a serving bowl.
  6. Add the sauce, tossing it lightly and sprinkle with some Parmesan.

Serving suggestions

Serve with salad.

Variations

Add some chillies or ginger if you want to spice it up a bit.
