Chipotle Peppers before packed were dried and smoked Jalapenos, then they were concentrated in ‘adobo’ which provide an intense red colour and soft moist consistency. Because it has very peculiar smoky taste, Chipotle peppers can be used to intensify flavours or either using the adobo sauce for a sour-sweet flavour with a slightly less fiery smoky heat.
