Summary

Picture courtesy of Origin8 Deli Cafés.

Produced at Friston in Suffolk, from Fresian-Holstein cross cows. Buxlow is named after a vanished parish next to Friston. The Wonmill is a Suffolk dialect word for cheese made from full-fat milk. Not only is this a very versatile cheese made from soft, young unpressed, full-fat cows milk but it has heaps of flavour. Even more unique is that the cows that produce it milk themselves, through a robotic milking system!
