• 3 cloves garlic
• 400g courgettes (or marrow), cut into fingers
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

1. Put the oil in the bowl 4 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1
2. Add the garlic, chop 6 seconds / Speed 5 and then 6 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 1
3. Put the Butterfly on the blades, add the courgettes or marrow, salt and pepper 15 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed Spoon.
