Cooking times

Cooking time and temperatures for various meat types.
Times are given for conventional gas and electric ovens. For fan assisted ovens use a setting of 20° Celsius (36° Fahrenheit) less than the shown. Cooking times can be reduced by 10 minutes for every hour of cooking time.

For best results rest meat before carving. Cover loosely with tin-foil and leave to rest in a warm place for 15 to 20 minutes.
