* 250 g Self-raising flour
* 200g Caster sugar
* 450 g can of Pineapple

===Method===
* Spray a springform Cake-tin with Olive oil and lien the base with a circle of Greaseproof paper
* Add the Pineapple chunks to an Electric mixer with a metal blade and Blend to a pulp
* If you do not have access to a Food mixer you can buy ready crushed Pineapple in cans from some supermarkets
* Mix the crushed Pineapple, Flour and Sugar to a bowl and mix until well combines
* Pour the mixture into your Cake tine and Bake in the middle of the Oven for 60 minutes or until golden Brown
* Remove from the Oven and leave to cool in the tin for 15 minutes then transfer to a Cooling rack until cooled
