* 4 medium Spring onions, chopped finely
* 300 ml pot of Sour cream
* A little Milk (optional)
* A pinch of Paprika powder

===Method===
* Chop the Spring onions finely
* Whisk the Cream in a bowl. If is quite thick, you might want to whisk in a tablespoon or so of Milk to thin it down
* Fold in the Spring onions, reserving a few pieces of Green onion to dress it with
* Sprinkle with the reserved Green onions and sprinkle with Paprika
