* 600 ml Double cream
* 80-90 ml Caster sugar (or to taste)
* ¾ teaspoon Rosewater (or to taste)
* Pinch of Salt
===Method===
* If you are using an ice-cream maker, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
* To make by hand, place all of the ingredients in a container and mix well.
* Place it in the Freezer and, every half-hour or so, remove from freezer and mix again.
* Repeat this process until the ice-cream is at the desired consistency.
