* 12 vine leaves
* 12 slices of pancetta
* 200g (7 oz) pecorino cheese, thinly sliced

* Flatten the vine leaves
* Lay a slice of pancetta on each
* Smother with pecorino cheese
* Roll or fold the leaves
* Cook on an oiled barbecue plate for 2 minutes a side
