* 6 medium Potatoes, sliced or Diced
* 500ml Single cream
* Seasoning
* 1 tablespoon Chives, snipped

===Method===
* Put the Potatoes in a Saucepan, to which you have added 375ml of the Cream
* Bring to the Boil, then reduce the heat to low and Simmer
* Gradually add the remaining 125ml of the Cream.
* The Cream should all be absorbed by the time the Potatoes are cooked
* Season and serve, sprinkled with the chopped Chives
