* 50g Butter
* 1 Lemon
* Bunch of fresh Parsley leaves, finely chopped
* Sea salt and Freshly ground black pepper

* Melt the Butter in a small pan
* Add a twist or two of Black pepper
* Stir in the Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
* Season to taste
* Sprinkle in the chopped Parsley
