* 500 g Plain flour
* 2 teaspoons Baking powder
* 1 teaspoon Salt
* 30 g Butter
* Water
* Oil for Deep frying

===Method===
* Sift the Flour, Baking powder and Salt into a bowl.
* Mix in the Butter and enough water to make a stiff Dough.
* Shape them into 5 cm balls and Deep fry them in moderately hot Oil until they are Brown.
