* 4 Chicken fillets
* 4 teaspoons of Mayonnaise
* Pinch of Cinnamon

* 4 tablespoons of Single cream

* 200 ml Double cream

===Method===
* Wrap each Chicken fillet in Clingfilm and beat flat with a Rolling pin.
* Season with Salt, Black pepper and Cinnamon.
* Coat the inside of the Chicken with Mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely Grated Džiugas cheese.
* Roll up the Chicken fillets and coat with Flour.
* Secure with Cocktail sticks and pan Fry in a little Olive oil to just colour them.
* Place the rolled Chicken pieces in a non-stick Baking tray and Bake for 15 minutes.
* Meanwhile Boil the Potato pieces in Salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until softened.
* Drain well, mix in 4 tablespoons of shaved Džiugas cheese and 4 tablespoons of Double cream, season and Mash until soft and creamy.
* In a small pan gently Simmer the Cream, add 4 tablespoons of Džiugas cheese and mix well until combined - don't let it Boil or it will separate.
* Season with Salt and Black pepper.
