* 90 g Anchovies
* 250 g soft Unsalted butter
===Method===
* Wash and dry the Anchovies.
* Either pound them, with the Butter in a mortar and pass through a fine Sieve, or blend in a Food processor.
* Form the butter into a roulade, wrap in cling-film and chill.
